Everyone else has a web site these days, so I figured,we should start one.
We'll mainly use this site to post lots pictures of our group in races and training. I'll try to pick out the most
funny ones, but no guarantees fellow kenyans!
I'm also going to use this web site to show the world our journey to
the top of the universe in the world of athletics, cross country and orienteering. we'll have a page with each of our
profiles, on current events, and another page where We'll put reviews races and a training diary. We might also
include a page that has some of our heros in the world of professional sport
